To further enhance the service capability of the 12328 Transportation service supervision hotline and achieve more timely, accurate, and practical handling of truck drivers' complaints, while effectively safeguarding the legal rights of truck drivers, the Ministry of Transportation held a special meeting on December 31, 2024, to study and deploy the immediate handling work of the 12328 hotline for truck drivers. In the next step, the Ministry of Transportation will formulate a special work plan to accelerate the establishment of the 12328 hotline immediate handling service system for truck drivers in 2025, organizing localities to make full use of the 12328 hotline as a bridge linking the Transportation Industry and the general public, serving as a direct channel for public opinion, providing an efficient and convenient channel for truck drivers to reflect and handle their demands, enhancing the sense of acquisition, happiness, and safety for truck driver friends.
