On December 31, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) of the USA, Tesla will recall some 2024-2025 Model S and Model X Autos, totaling 294 vehicles. The reason for the recall is that the driver's side airbag may tear when deployed. A torn airbag may not adequately protect occupants in a collision, thereby increasing the risk of injury. Tesla's after-sales service department will replace the airbag assembly free of charge.
