On December 31, Dongfeng Automobile held a launch meeting for the adjustment of its headquarters functional departments, announcing that the headquarters' focus has transitioned from strategic control to 'Operation + Coordination', reconfiguring its structure to implement operations for its independent Passenger Vehicle business. Furthermore, Dongfeng Automobile anticipates that in 2024, total vehicle sales will reach 2.48 million units, a year-on-year increase of 2.5%; terminal deliveries will total 2.56 million units, a year-on-year increase of 4.8%. Regarding independent brand sales, Dongfeng Automobile expects to sell 1.37 million independent brand vehicles for the year, a year-on-year increase of 34.3%, accounting for 55% of the group's total sales, an increase of 13 percentage points year-on-year. In terms of New energy sales, it is expected to sell 0.86 million New energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 70.9%, including 0.81 million sales of independent New energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 122.5%.
