KraussMaffei announced that the Board of Directors recently received resignation letters submitted by general manager Zhang Chi and deputy general manager Li Yong. Due to work adjustments, Zhang Chi and Li Yong respectively applied to resign from the positions of general manager and deputy general manager. After resigning from the aforementioned positions, Zhang Chi and Li Yong will continue to serve as directors of the company.
