In November, there were 106,000 small and micro enterprises issuing bills, accounting for 93.2% of all issuing companies, with a bill issuance amount of 2.7 trillion yuan, accounting for 73.9% of total issuance. There were 119,000 small and micro enterprises that discounted, accounting for 96.3% of all discounting firms, with a discount amount of 2.4 trillion yuan, accounting for 78.4% of total discounts.
