To better understand the operational status of listed companies in the jurisdiction and promote high-quality development, at the end of 2024, Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau Director Tang Libin and team members went into companies including Dare Power Dekor Home, YaoKang Biotech, Tongda Hai, Nanjing Vishee Medical Technology Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar-Industry, Nanjing Julong Science & Technology, ArcherMind Technology(Nanjing)Co., and Leysen Jewellery Inc., carrying out a new round of on-site visits to face-to-face coordinate and resolve prominent issues restricting company development. During the visits, each listed company introduced its development status and future strategic planning in conjunction with its actual situation and the background of macroeconomic operation, while also reflecting the practical difficulties and problems faced in the current operational process to the regulatory authorities. In this regard, Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau stated that it would earnestly implement the State Council's deployment on promoting high-quality development in listed companies, refine and identify the specific difficulties and problems of each listed company, strengthen organizational coordination, continuously track and promote solutions, and continue to support companies in rationally utilizing refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, and Stock-based Incentive and other Capital Markets tools to optimize and strengthen operations, unwaveringly supporting the high-quality development of listed companies, helping stabilize and improve social expectations, and promoting the stability of Capital Markets and high-quality economic development.
