The total amount of the contract is approximately 10 million yuan (tax included). This Trade involves purchasing equipment from the related party Ji Yi Technology, constituting a related transaction, but does not constitute a significant asset restructuring as defined by the Administrative Measures for Significant Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies.
