The Board of Directors elected Huang Bo as the Chairman of the Fourth Board of Directors, while also serving as the Chairman of the Fourth Board of Directors' Global Strategy Committee, Budget Committee Chairperson, Audit Committee Member, Compensation and Assessment Committee Member, and Nomination Committee Member, with a term from the approval of this Board meeting until the end of the Fourth Board of Directors' term. Huang Bo will no longer serve as the Vice Chairman of the company.
