Upon investigation, it was found that Datong Yulinde Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. engaged in the following illegal activities: From March to June 2023, the company and its subsidiaries borrowed a total of 7.7222 million yuan from the related party Fengzhen Hongsheng Carbon Co., Ltd., and Yulinde convened the Board of Directors to review and disclose this related transaction only on March 21, 2024. Moreover, the company disclosed the borrowed fund amount as 7.3 million yuan in the relevant announcement, indicating that part of the borrowing was not disclosed, resulting in incomplete information disclosure.
