According to the China Civil Airports Association, the aviation sector in China is currently accelerating the innovation of service models to promote the integration and development of the aviation and tourism industries. Recent data shows that in the first three quarters of this year, domestic travel reached 4.23 billion trips, a year-on-year increase of 15.3%, with the volume of tourist traffic accounting for 30-40% of the total air passenger traffic. The daily search volume for tourism routes has increased by 50%, and ticket bookings in small and medium-sized tourist cities have increased several times year-on-year. From January to November this year, the number of passengers benefiting from high-standard transfer services on domestic related airline service platforms increased by 7.3 times year-on-year. Zhao Jun, the director of the Domestic Transportation Department of the Civil Aviation Administration, stated that by the end of November, a total of 64 million transfer passengers have been assured, a year-on-year growth of 35%, of which those enjoying the most critical services of one-time check-in and baggage transfer account for almost 1/3, and the total number of transfer passengers is expected to exceed 70 million by the end of the year.
