沪深交易所预计2025年降费约14.65亿元

On December 27, the Shanghai and Shenzhen Exchanges released a notice regarding the reduction of fees for the 2025 fiscal year, introducing multiple measures to cut costs, with an estimated total fee reduction of approximately 1.465 billion yuan. In terms of fee reduction measures, the Shanghai and Shenzhen Exchanges will waive listing fees for listed companies in 2025 and will exempt transaction handling fees for bonds other than Convertible Bonds. Additionally, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, the Shanghai Stock Exchange will lower the charging standard for trading unit usage fees from 0.045 million yuan per trading unit per year to 0.03 million yuan per trading unit per year. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange will exempt listing fees for Shenzhen market Funds and transaction unit flow fees for Shenzhen market Funds in 2025. (Securities Times)
