The China Securities Regulatory Commission is seeking public opinions on the "Regulations on the Temporary Suspension and Exemption of Information Disclosure by Listed Companies," which states that listed companies and other information disclosure obligors must disclose information truthfully, accurately, completely, timely, and fairly. They must not abuse the temporary suspension or exemption from disclosure to evade information disclosure obligations or mislead investors, nor engage in illegal activities such as insider trading or market manipulation.
