On December 27, Guodu Securities received the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, forwarded by Zheshang. It confirmed that Zheshang has completed the transfer of 1.997 billion shares of Guodu Securities (accounting for 34.2546% of the total shares) through a specific matter agreement transfer method on December 26, 2024. Consequently, Zheshang has become the largest Shareholder of Guodu Securities; Chongqing International Trust Co., Ltd., Tianjin Chongxin Technology Development Co., Ltd., Chongqing Jiahong Shengxin Trading Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yuanwei Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Zhongjun Investment Co., Ltd., CHINA BEST Energy Investment Co., Ltd., Tongfang Innovation Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Jiarong Investment Co., Ltd. no longer Hold shares in Guodu Securities. Guodu Securities stated that if Zheshang cooperates with the Board of Directors in restructuring, it may become the controlling Shareholder of Guodu Securities, and the actual controller of Zheshang, Zhejiang Provincial Transportation Group Co., Ltd., may become the actual controller of Guodu Securities.
