The maximum amount for ordinary provident fund loans in Longnan City has been uniformly increased to 0.6 million yuan; the maximum amount for provident fund loans for grassroots cadres and staff in towns has been increased to 0.65 million yuan; and the maximum amount for housing provident fund loans for families with multiple children is 0.72 million yuan. At the same time, families depositing funds who purchase newly constructed Commodity housing within the administrative area of Longnan City can apply to withdraw their own or their spouse's housing provident fund to pay for the down payment after signing the Commodity housing purchase agreement (subscription) and paying the housing subscription deposit.
