To promote the formation of a new pattern of openness in the bank card clearing market and to improve the regulatory system for bank card clearing businesses, the People's Bank of China and the National Financial Supervisory Administration organized the revision of the "Management Measures for Bank Card Clearing Institutions" (Order No. 2 [2016] issued by the People's Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission), resulting in the "Management Measures for Bank Card Clearing Institutions (Draft for Comments)", which is now publicly soliciting opinions from society.
