China Zheshang Bank announced that on December 27, 2024, the company's seventh Board of Directors held its sixth temporary meeting of 2024, which reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the bank's capital increase relating to Zhejiang Silver Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. It agreed to increase capital for Zhejiang Silver Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. with a maximum contribution not exceeding 1.02 billion yuan. Zhejiang Silver Financial Leasing is a controlling subsidiary of the company. This capital increase and share expansion is proposed to be subscribed for by its existing shareholders in proportion to their holdings, by issuing a total of 1.15 billion shares, raising no more than 2 billion yuan. The final amount raised, specific capital increase price, and the adjusted shareholder equity ratios will depend on the actual subscription status of the shareholders and the approval results of the regulatory authorities.
