Data from the Ministry of Finance shows that in November 2024, a total of 105.1 billion yuan of new bonds were issued nationwide, including 19.5 billion yuan of general bonds and 85.6 billion yuan of special bonds. Nationwide, refinancing Bonds were issued amounting to 1,209 billion yuan, of which 63.9 billion yuan were general bonds and 1,145.1 billion yuan were special bonds. In total, 1,314.1 billion yuan of local government bonds were issued nationwide, with 83.4 billion yuan being general bonds and 1,230.7 billion yuan being special bonds. As of the end of November 2024, the national local government debt balance is 46,497.4 billion yuan. This includes 16,629.3 billion yuan of general debt, 29,868.1 billion yuan of special debt; 46,331.2 billion yuan of government bonds, and 166.2 billion yuan of stock government debt in the form of non-government bonds.
