As of November 31, 2024, the total amount of related-party transactions occurring in the past 12 months between the company and its affiliate China National Chemical Engineering and its controlled enterprises that have not been reviewed by the shareholders' meeting is 0.65 billion yuan, accounting for 1.13% of the most recent audited net assets. This related-party transaction has been approved at the twenty-fourth meeting of the fifth Board of Directors of the company and does not need to be submitted for examination by the shareholders' meeting.
