The government's health expenditure as a proportion of fiscal revenue shows an upward trend, and fiscal responsibilities for social insurance expenditures are being subsidized; the proportion of personal expenditures in health costs is relatively high, placing a heavy burden on residents' medical expenses. In the future, the proportion of personal health expenditure in total health expenditure is expected to show a slow declining trend.
