The "Three Products" initiative for consumer goods will be deeply implemented, creating a ranking of renowned consumer goods in China. A plan will be developed to establish a mechanism for maintaining a reasonable proportion of investment in manufacturing, and efforts will be increased to promote large-scale equipment upgrades and the implementation of old-for-new support policies for consumer goods. In-depth efforts will advance industry-finance cooperation, fully utilizing the roles of industrial investment Funds and the national industry-finance cooperation platform. A world-class advanced manufacturing cluster cultivation project will be launched. The Tobacco Industry will continue to maintain steady development.
