Tongyu Communication Inc. invested 30 million yuan of its own funds, subscribing to the new registered capital of Hongqing Technology amounting to 0.515597 million yuan, acquiring a 1.8293% equity stake in Hongqing Technology. Hongqing Technology focuses on low-orbit broadband Internet Plus-Related communication Satellite business, as the only company in the country with satellite launch coordination capabilities, dedicated to providing mass Satellite manufacturing and comprehensive networking solutions for major constellation operators both domestically and internationally.
