Wushang Group announced that the company has signed an investment cooperation agreement for duty-free shops in Wuhan with Wangfujing Group, planning to jointly invest to establish a joint venture with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. Among them, Wushang Group will invest 39.2 million yuan of its own funds, accounting for 49% of the joint venture shares; Wangfujing will invest 40.8 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the joint venture shares. The joint venture will operate duty-free shops in Wuhan, mainly dealing in food, outfits, luggage, and other consumer goods. This project aligns with the company's Global Strategy; however, the duty-free business in the city is still in its initial stage, posing certain operational risks.
