欧盟对印度光缆作出反倾销终裁

The European Commission announced on December 13 that a final anti-dumping ruling was made on optical fibre cables originating from India, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties ranging from 6.9% to 11.4% on the products involved. The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) code for the products in question is ex 8544 70 00 (TARIC codes are 8544 70 00 10 and 8544 70 00 91). The investigation period for dumping was from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, and the injury investigation period was from January 1, 2020, until the end of the dumping investigation period. The announcement will take effect the day after it is issued.
