The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce issued the "Implementation Guide for Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises." It proposes that relevant authorities should fully utilize existing special funds to promote Financial Institutions to innovate financial products and services that meet the transformation needs of enterprises, driving local governments, Venture Capital, and Other social funds to increase support for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises. Localities are encouraged to rely on pilot cities for new technological transformation of manufacturing, pilot cities for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, to carry out the construction of digital transformation maps for manufacturing, standard formulation, equipment updates, initial software cultivation, supply and demand matching, and other work to provide policy and financial support for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises. The project for expanding the application of technological achievements in manufacturing enterprises will be implemented, focusing on enhancing the resilience and safety levels of the Industry Chain.
