It aims to accelerate the cultivation of a number of Professional Services providers, automation integrators, and platform service providers deeply engaged in the Industry, exploring the incubation of data providers and third-party Professional Services institutions that offer services such as data rights confirmation, circulation Trade, revenue distribution, and security governance, and to develop and standardize classification and grading evaluation norms for service providers. Based on innovation centers, public service platforms, etc., it will build a number of service carriers for the digital transformation of manufacturing—"innovation laboratory + public service platform"—to create a digital transformation service system that integrates online and offline collaboration, with multi-level linkage across "province-city-county," and a full-chain transformation service.
