BYD's advanced smart driving assistance system "Tianshen Eye" officially launches the map-free city navigation (CNOA) feature nationwide, enabling smart navigation on various types of roads across the country. This feature will be gradually PUSHed with specific model OTA updates. It is reported that the newly launched city navigation feature is based on map-free NOA technology, utilizing an end-to-end large model architecture, and through multi-Sensors fusion perception, captures and processes road environment information in real-time, enabling various driving behaviors such as navigating complex intersections, passing traffic lights, autonomous overtaking, obstacle avoidance, and lane changing.
