On December 18, Bai Qingyuan, the Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, met with Pascale Faure, the Director of the French National Institute of Industrial Property. Both sides agreed to engage in practical and constructive dialogue and cooperation in areas such as Intellectual Property Protection enforcement, to jointly enhance the capabilities and levels of Intellectual Property Protection, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders and Consumers. After the meeting, both parties signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of Intellectual Property enforcement and fighting counterfeiting.
