The scale of the partnership is 1 billion yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, intends to contribute 0.35 billion yuan from its own funds, accounting for 35% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership. The partnership mainly adopts private equity investment methods, focusing on investments in upstream and downstream enterprises of New Energy, New Materials, and high-end manufacturing related to New Energy Autos and Asia Vets.
