On December 20, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued announcement No. 2024/36, making a positive final ruling on the third sunset review of anti-dumping for refractory bricks made from chrome ore, magnesite, and chrome-magnesite from China. It decided to maintain the anti-dumping tax set forth in announcement No. 2018/28 dated September 5, 2018, unchanged and continued to charge an anti-dumping tax of $200 per ton on the products involved. This case involves products under Turkey's tax numbers 6902.10.00.10.11, 6902.10.00.10.12, 6902.10.00.10.13, and 6815.91, but does not include magnesium oxide boards with a thickness between 3 mm and 30 mm. The measures take effect from the date of announcement and are valid for five years. (China Trade Relief Information Network)
