These guidelines clarify the compliance requirements for instant delivery service platform operators in four aspects: general principles, compliance requirements for platform entities, requirements for instant delivery management, and operational management requirements. The release and implementation of these guidelines will help standardize the behaviors of instant delivery service platforms and couriers, as well as the interactions between platforms, operators within the platform, and consumers during the instant delivery service process, safeguard the rights and interests of all parties, and promote the standardized development of the instant delivery industry.
