(hereinafter referred to as "Huayun Zhiyuan") signed the main contract for the sale of products and services for the "Ethiopian Smart Mining Construction Project" with China WESTCHINACEMENT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WESTCHINACEMENT"). Based on the above agreement, Huayun Zhiyuan will provide products and Software services to WESTCHINACEMENT, with the contract amount temporarily set at 0.208 billion yuan (excluding tax), and the final amount shall be subject to the actual execution of the project contract or Order amount under this contract.
