Yunnan Energy New Material announced that on December 20, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yunnan Energy New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. will sign an "Annual Procurement Contract" with Hefei Gotion High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. According to the contract, Shanghai Yunnan Energy will serve as the main Separator supplier for Gotion High-tech, providing Lithium Battery Separator products in 2025, subject to Gotion High-tech's purchase Orders. The contract will take effect from the date of signing and sealing by both parties.
