On December 20th, Swiss Banks Limited issued a statement: Recently, UBS AG [Swiss Banks Limited, together with its subsidiaries (including its Institutions in China), hereinafter referred to as "UBS Group"] discovered that in the 21st Century Center in the Lujiazui area of Pudong, Shanghai, institutions had established an office under the pretense of being UBS Group, misappropriating UBS Group's "three keys" logo and company name, misleading the public and investors. In response, UBS Group issued the following serious statement: 1. UBS Group has not set up an office in the 21st Century Center, and UBS Group has no relation to that office and personnel, and their actions are unrelated to UBS Group, for which UBS Group bears no responsibility. 2. UBS Group strongly condemns this illegal act of impersonating UBS Group and harming its reputation, and sternly demands that the relevant organizations and individuals immediately cease all illegal activities. UBS Group reserves the right to further pursue their legal responsibilities. 3. UBS Group reminds investors to be vigilant and enhance their risk prevention awareness, to guard against deception, and to effectively protect their legitimate rights and interests.
