From December 16 to December 20, 2024, the Shanghai Stock Exchange took written warnings and other regulatory measures against 102 cases of abnormal securities trading behaviors such as market manipulation and false declarations, conducted special checks on 17 major matters of listed companies, and reported two leads to the China Securities Regulatory Commission involving suspected illegal activities.
