From December 16 to December 20, 2024, the Shanghai Stock Exchange's company regulatory department sent a total of 20 regulatory work letters; through real-time and post-event supervision, it required listed companies to disclose 10 additional and correction announcements. For information disclosure violations, 4 written warnings and 2 disciplinary actions were taken. At the same time, enhanced linkage regulation of information disclosure and abnormal stock prices was implemented, prompting the initiation of 18 investigations into insider trading and abnormal transactions when companies disclosed sensitive information or experienced significant stock price anomalies. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has initiated disciplinary procedures against Orient Group Incorporation, Special Treat Dongshi, and other companies for their violations.
