Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic announced that to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of self-owned fund usage, the company intends to adjust the quota for using idle self-owned funds for securities investment from no more than 0.2 billion yuan to no more than 0.5 billion yuan. Investment methods include new stock placements, securities repurchases, investment in Stocks and depositary receipts, and Bonds investment, etc. The investment quota is valid for 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors. The source of funds is idle self-owned funds and does not involve raised funds or Banks' Crediting funds. The company will strictly follow relevant laws and regulations and its internal control system for investment operations and take effective measures to control investment risks.
