The regulations propose that through economic impact assessments and other work on administrative cases involving enterprises, the impact on the production and operation of enterprises should be reduced, and the legitimate rights and interests of the involved enterprises should be safeguarded. In April of this year, the Zhejiang Provincial Government released the "Guiding Opinions on Further Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Administrative Law Enforcement to Support the Creation of the Best Business Environment Province," proposing to promote the 'Three Notices Delivered Together' mechanism for the credit restoration notice, compliance guidance advice, and administrative penalty decision. For major, difficult, complex, or obviously high economic risk administrative law enforcement cases involving enterprises, exploring the implementation of economic impact assessments.
