According to the Beijing Tongtech WeChat public account, on December 13, 2024, the Secretariat of the National Technical Committee for Information Technology Standardization organized a launch meeting for the standardization of Cloud Native Middleware. Beijing Tongtech, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and other vendors participated in the meeting, where expert attendees engaged in in-depth discussions focusing on the terminology definitions, technical architecture, functional requirements of the "Cloud Native Middleware Technical Requirements" standard, as well as the new features and demands of Cloud Native Middleware in construction, usage, and operation and maintenance. The standardization of Cloud Native Middleware, as a product of the Cloud Computing era, is of great significance for meeting user needs for cloud adoption, enhancing cloud service capabilities, and promoting the basic Software ecosystem.
