According to news from China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation, from December 17 to 18, at the invitation of the Vietnam Railways Corporation, Lou Qiliang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation, led a team to Vietnam for inspection and research, and carried out a series of business activities. On December 17, Lou Qiliang met with Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha. During the meeting, Tran Hong Ha introduced key projects such as the cross-border standard gauge railways between China and Vietnam, and the urban rail systems in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, calling for strengthened cooperation in the railroad sector between both parties. Lou Qiliang expressed that China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation hopes to participate in the upgrade and transformation of Vietnam's existing railroad signal system, continuously providing safe, advanced, efficient, and high-quality solutions. Both parties agreed to further enhance cooperation in rail transit project construction and personnel training under the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Vietnam.
