On December 19th, it was learned from Petrochina's Tarim Oilfield that this year the oilfield has cumulatively applied for Green Certificates exceeding 1 million, successfully listing and selling 0.30844 million Green Certificates. The production of green electricity and the number of Green Certificate Trades have been effectively increased, accelerating the pace of green transformation. Green Certificates refer to renewable energy green electricity certificates, which are the "electronic identity cards" of renewable energy green electricity. Green Certificates are the only proof of the environmental attributes of renewable energy electricity in China and the only certificate for recognizing the production and consumption of renewable energy electricity. One Green Certificate corresponds to 1,000 kilowatt-hours of renewable energy electricity, and each generation or trade of a Green Certificate means that 1,000 kilowatt-hours of green electricity have either entered the public grid or been consumed.
