Since the national housing delivery work conference on May 17, relevant departments and localities have closely cooperated to accelerate the acquisition of existing Commodities for use as affordable housing, achieving phased results. Reporters have learned that recently, projects for the acquisition of existing housing have landed in over 10 cities, having raised tens of thousands of affordable housing units. The national housing delivery work conference clarified that in cities with a large inventory of Commodities, the government can 'order based on demand', reasonably purchasing some Commodities at suitable prices for use as affordable housing. Various localities and departments are actively promoting the implementation of policies, and relevant departments have established acquisition task forces under the urban Real Estate financing coordination mechanism to encourage local governments to strengthen their efforts.
