China Eastern Airlines Corporation announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, with the repurchase amount for A-shares being no less than 0.25 billion yuan (inclusive) and no more than 0.5 billion yuan (exclusive); for H-shares, no less than 0.25 billion yuan (inclusive) and no more than 0.5 billion yuan (exclusive) (the final amount will be converted into Hong Kong dollars based on the Exchange Rates). The funds for the repurchase will come from the company's own funds and borrowings from Financial Institutions. The repurchased shares are intended to reduce the company's registered capital.
