The Central Rural Work Conference was held in Peking from the 17th to the 18th. The conference emphasized the need to enhance the level of rural planning and construction, adapt to population change trends, promote the organic combination of comprehensive rural revitalization and new urbanization, coordinate the urban-rural planning layout of counties, extend infrastructure to rural areas, improve the level of basic public services in rural areas, continuously improve the rural living environment, and strengthen Environmental Governance. Efforts should be made to improve the rural governance system, promote party building to facilitate rural revitalization, and continuously rectify formalism to reduce the burden on grassroots levels.
