ShanDongDenghai Seeds announced that the company plans to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiaries: Changji Prefecture ShanDongDenghai Seeds, Zhangye City ShanDongDenghai Seeds, Ningxia ShanDongDenghai Seeds, and Qingdao ShanDongDenghai Seeds. The capital increase will be 30 million yuan for Changji ShanDongDenghai, 43 million yuan for Zhangye ShanDongDenghai, 40 million yuan for Ningxia ShanDongDenghai, and 60 million yuan for Qingdao ShanDongDenghai. After the capital increase is completed, each subsidiary will remain wholly owned by the company. The purpose of this capital increase is to optimize the asset-liability structure of the subsidiaries, enhance competitive advantages, promote business development, and align with the company's overall Global Strategy objectives. The capital increase will not adversely affect the company's financial status or operating results.
