Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom announced that its actual controller, Chairman Li Shihong, Vice Chairman Li Junhua, and Director Li Junxia plan to reduce their shareholding in the company by no more than 1% of the total shares (i.e., 2,710,245 shares) within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement through a centralized bidding method. Director and General Manager Bai Yunbo plans to reduce no more than 114,356 shares (accounting for 0.0422% of the total share capital), and Vice General Manager Liao Minjiang plans to reduce no more than 5,250 shares (accounting for 0.0019% of the total share capital).
