SWHY announced that, according to the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Approval of SWHY Securities Co., Ltd. for Public Issuance of Short-term Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors" (Zheng Jian Xu Ke [2023] No. 236), the company’s subsidiary, SWHY Securities Co., Ltd., has been authorized to publicly issue short-term corporate bonds with a face value balance not exceeding 30 billion yuan to professional investors. The issuance work for the short-term corporate bonds (Phase V) targeting professional investors by SWHY Securities Co., Ltd. will end on December 16, 2024. The issuance scale of these bonds is 2 billion yuan, with the first category having an issuance scale of 0.6 billion yuan, a term of 162 days, and a coupon rate of 1.71%; the second category has an issuance scale of 1.4 billion yuan, a term of 301 days, and a coupon rate of 1.73%. Following the completion of the bond registration, these bonds are expected to be listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
