Users can receive real-time, hands-free assistance without needing to say "Hey Meta" to ask questions, and they can easily reference topics they have discussed before. Users can also interrupt at any time to ask follow-up questions or change Topics. Meta pointed out that ultimately, the AI will provide useful suggestions at the appropriate moment, even before users ask questions.
