In an interview with Russian media, Karakayev mentioned that a range of Missile systems has entered the final development stage, and the performance of these Missiles is not inferior to Russia's "Zircon" medium-range hypersonic ballistic Missile. If external threats escalate, Russia might increase the testing of advanced Missiles. Karakayev noted that Russia would notify the USA at least 24 hours in advance before launching any intercontinental strategic Missile or launching strategic Missiles from submarines, including the launch time, location, and the area where the warheads will land. The USA should do the same.
