Dongzheng Ronghui, a subsidiary of Northeast Securities Asset Management, recently announced the appointment of Li Xuefei, Wang Zhong, Li Fuchun, Dong Man, and Xue Jinyan as directors of the company's fourth Board of Directors. The former member of the third Board of Directors, Wang Xiaodan, will no longer serve as a director of the company; Li Xuefei has been elected as the Chairman of the company's fourth Board of Directors, and Wang Zhong has been elected as the Vice Chairman. Li Fuchun will no longer serve as the Chairman, and Li Xuefei will no longer serve as the Vice Chairman of the company. The legal representative of the company has been changed to General Manager Wang Zhong; Lu Jia has been appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of the company, while Xue Jinyan has stepped down due to the expiry of her term.
