The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the strategic missile forces, the Kozelsk missile division, have installed another "Yars" intercontinental ballistic Missile into the launch silo. The Ministry mentioned that the transition to the fixed-based "Yars" Missile system for the Kozelsk missile division will be completed next year. The transition of the strategic missile forces involves not only equipping the troops with new Missile systems but also the construction of new social infrastructure, which will provide higher quality conditions for training on duty, executing combat tasks, and resting.
